By purchasing a ticket to a Bar Crawl LIVE! event, you (the "Ticket Purchaser") agree to the following terms and conditions:
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that Bar Crawl LIVE! maintains a strict "No Refunds" policy, and that all sales are final. In the event of cancellation, you shall be entitled to a full refund of your original purchase. You further understand and accept that events hosted by Bar Crawl LIVE! will proceed regardless of weather conditions or other exigencies. Bar Crawl LIVE! reserves the right to change the venues and the order of the venues at any given time. Moreover, you acknowledge and agree that Bar Crawl LIVE! shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your inability to attend the event, including but not limited to travel or accommodation expenses, in the event of any cancellation or postponement of the event.
You acknowledge that COVID-19 has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization, is extremely contagious, and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. By entering the event premises, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree to release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Bar Crawl LIVE! and it’s participating venues from any claims arising out of or relating to COVID-19.
You acknowledge the “No Refunds” Policy, however, if you are unable to attend the event, you may exchange your unused/unscanned ticket(s) for a credit to another Bar Crawl LIVE! event by contacting Bar Crawl LIVE! via email at info@barcrawllive.com, Facebook (m.me/barcrawllive) or Instagram (@barcrawllive). You have 5 calendar days from the event date to contact Bar Crawl LIVE! to request an exchange. Once the credit is received, you may redeem it at any given time. Bar Crawl LIVE! has no exceptions to the credit/exchange policy if the 5 calendar days have passed, the tickets were used/scanned, or if you are unable to exchange the unused ticket(s) for any upcoming event dates for any reason.
You acknowledge and agree to our Chargeback and Dispute Policy. You understand that all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless Bar Crawl LIVE! cancels the event. In the event that you are unable to use your tickets or are dissatisfied with the event, you agree to contact Bar Crawl LIVE! directly to resolve any issue. If you choose to initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or financial institution against Bar Crawl LIVE!, Bar Crawl LIVE! Affiliates, or the ticket partnering platform (Eventbrite), you acknowledge and agree that any such chargeback and/or dispute will be decided in favor of Bar Crawl LIVE! and its affiliates. Moreover, if you file a chargeback and/or dispute after accepting these terms and conditions, Bar Crawl LIVE! reserves the right to share these terms and conditions with your bank or credit card company as evidence that you have already agreed to these policies. Please note that filing an unjustified chargeback or dispute may result in a permanent ban from all future events hosted by Bar Crawl LIVE!
By participating in any events hosted by Bar Crawl LIVE!, you hereby represent and warrant that you are qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such activities. You understand and acknowledge the nature of the events and the potential risks involved, including but not limited to serious bodily injury, permanent disability, paralysis, and death. You further acknowledge that if you believe the event conditions are unsafe, you will immediately discontinue participation in the activity. You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to consult with your physician prior to participating in any event hosted by Bar Crawl LIVE! and to determine if you are fit and able to participate in such activities. You to assume all risks associated with participating in the events, whether known or unknown. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the events, you, on behalf of yourself, your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, and discharge Bar Crawl LIVE!, its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of or related to your participation in the events, including but not limited to any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the negligence of Bar Crawl LIVE! or its affiliates.
By accepting this policy, you acknowledge and assume all risks and responsibility for any losses, costs, or damages you may incur during your participation in the event. This includes but is not limited to loss or damage of personal items, injury, or any other harm that may result from your participation.
By accepting this policy, you consent to the use of your image in photographs, motion picture recordings, or any other records taken at the event for use in advertising, marketing, or promotion of the event. You understand that Bar Crawl LIVE! or any of their affiliates will own all rights, title, and interest in any records taken by you or on your behalf during the event. Bar Crawl LIVE! grants you a limited, non-exclusive right and license to use the records for non-commercial purposes only.
By accepting this policy, you understand and agree that the sale of unauthorized merchandise at the event is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to sell unauthorized merchandise may result in your immediate dismissal from the event.
By accepting this policy, you understand and agree that you may not bring or utilize any weapons or illegal substances to or at the event or premises. Any attempt to do so may result in your immediate removal from the event and/or legal action.
In consideration of participating in any event hosted by Bar Crawl LIVE!, you, on behalf of yourself and your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Bar Crawl LIVE!, its respective owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers (collectively, the "Releasees"), from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, suits, damages, or liabilities of any nature whatsoever arising out of or relating to your participation in the event, including, without limitation, those resulting from the negligence of any Releasee.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bar Crawl LIVE!, its respective owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, claims, demands, suits, or causes of action, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or relating to (i) your breach of these terms and conditions; (ii) your participation in the event; (iii) any damage to property; or (iv) any injury or death to any person, including yourself, arising from or related to your participation in the event, including, without limitation, those resulting from the negligence of any Indemnified Party.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of the event's location. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the event shall be instituted in a state or federal court in the state of the event's location, and each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such courts in any such suit, action, or proceeding.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Bar Crawl LIVE! with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral. No modification or amendment to these terms and conditions shall be binding on Bar Crawl LIVE! unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Bar Crawl LIVE!
