Bar Crawl LIVE! Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to any Bar Crawl LIVE! event, you ("Ticket Holder") agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. All Sales Final / No Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances, except in the event that Bar Crawl LIVE! cancels the event.

  • Events will take place rain or shine
  • Bar Crawl LIVE! reserves the right to modify venues, schedules, event format, or participating locations at any time without notice
  • Bar Crawl LIVE! is not responsible for any personal costs, including travel, lodging, or other expenses related to attendance

If the event is officially canceled by Bar Crawl LIVE!, a full refund of the ticket purchase price will be issued.

2. Ticket Transfer & Credit Policy

If you are unable to attend:

  • Unused and unscanned tickets may be exchanged for a credit toward a future event
  • Requests must be submitted within 5 calendar days after the event date
  • After this window, no credits or exceptions will be granted
  • Credits are non-transferable and may be subject to availability

3. Entry Requirements

To participate in any Bar Crawl LIVE! event:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued ID
  • You must comply with all venue rules and local laws
  • Entry may be denied for intoxication, disorderly conduct, or failure to comply with staff instructions

Bar Crawl LIVE! reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant at its sole discretion.

4. Event Timing & Participation

  • You are responsible for arriving within designated check-in times
  • Late arrivals may be denied entry without refund or credit
  • Event access, drink specials, or perks may be time-sensitive and not guaranteed if you arrive late

5. Assumption of Risk

By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

  • Injury, illness, accidents, or death
  • Risks associated with alcohol consumption
  • Crowds, travel between venues, and public environments

You agree that participation is at your own risk.

6. Health & Safety Acknowledgment

You confirm that:

  • You are physically and mentally able to participate
  • You will not attend if you feel unwell or unsafe
  • You accept all health-related risks, including communicable illnesses

7. Alcohol Responsibility

Bar Crawl LIVE! promotes responsible drinking.

  • You are solely responsible for your alcohol consumption
  • Participating venues reserve the right to refuse service at any time
  • Bar Crawl LIVE! is not liable for any consequences related to alcohol use

8. Code of Conduct

You agree to:

  • Act respectfully toward staff, venues, and other participants
  • Follow all instructions from event staff and venue personnel

The following may result in immediate removal without refund:

  • Fighting, harassment, or aggressive behavior
  • Illegal activity
  • Damage to property
  • Possession of prohibited items

9. Prohibited Items

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Weapons of any kind
  • Illegal substances
  • Unauthorized merchandise or sales activity

Violation may result in removal and/or legal action.

10. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Property

Bar Crawl LIVE! is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen items
  • Damaged personal property
  • Any personal belongings brought to the event

11. Photo & Video Release

By attending, you grant Bar Crawl LIVE! and its partners the right to:

  • Capture and use your image, likeness, and voice
  • Use content for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes

You waive any right to compensation or approval of such materials.

12. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing a ticket, you agree:

  • Not to initiate chargebacks or disputes without first contacting Bar Crawl LIVE!
  • That all disputes will be handled in accordance with these Terms

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent ban from future events
  • Legal action if necessary

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bar Crawl LIVE! and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Injury, loss, or damages arising from participation

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bar Crawl LIVE!, its owners, employees, partners, and venues from any claims arising from:

  • Your participation
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your actions during the event

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the event takes place. Any disputes shall be handled in courts within that state.

16. Modifications

Bar Crawl LIVE! reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bar Crawl LIVE! and supersede all prior communications.
